UA Government Relations serves as the university鈥檚 primary liaison to state policy makers and the Alaska legislature. We work to develop engagement strategies critical moving the university鈥檚 budget and policy priorities through the legislative process. We work to educate policymakers about our mission, impact and value, in order to elevate understanding and generate support.
